Honestly, I like a good Gurkha now and again although I think they are a little over-rated for the price. There are lots of subtle nuances between the blends but I've never been one to stray far once I find a smoke I like.

It depends on what I'm smoking although I usually go for a nice stout or porter. A pint of Guiness is always good imo.
